Dr. Rossette Jackson is a compassionate and globally recognized Nigerian healthcare leader, humanitarian, and philanthropist. With a Doctorate in Nursing Practice specializing in administration, management, business, and research, alongside a graduate degree in International Relations and a Doctorate in humanitarian and disaster management, Dr. Rossette combines clinical expertise with entrepreneurial and diplomatic experience.

Driven by compassion, Dr. Jackson has led free medical missions, humanitarian aid projects, and community development initiatives across Africa and Asia. She has taught rural communities how to transform local produce into valuable resources, directly empowering people in both urban centers and remote areas.

As the founder of Rossette Humanitarian Medics and with the board of directors, Dr. Rossette has created a platform for African Nurses Career Development initiatives where nurses are empowered, united, and supported to achieve their career goals and contribute to stronger healthcare systems. Her work includes sourcing and supplying essential medical equipment and bringing leading medical experts from across the globe to Africa for medical tourism expos, specialist training, and knowledge exchange. In doing so, the organization’s mission supports African nations in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 3 for Good Health and Well-Being and Goal 4 for Quality Education. By aligning her mission with these global objectives, we ensure that healthcare delivery in Africa not only meets international standards but also fosters sustainable development. In addition, she mentors students in research, academic growth, and professional advancement.

Dr. Rossette Jackson

Chairman / CEO

Dr Rossette Jackson leads the organisation, oversees strategy, and offers corporate governance in her role as CEO of Rossette Humanitarian Medics. She has a doctorate in nursing practice, a doctorate in humanitarian and disaster management, and a master degree in international relations. She is a well-known Nigerian healthcare leader, humanitarian, and philanthropist on a global scale. Dr. Jackson has led free medical missions, humanitarian aid projects, and community development initiatives throughout Africa and Asia by fusing his clinical expertise with business and diplomatic skills. He has empowered both rural and urban communities through sustainable resource transformation and health education. She is the epitome of a visionary, influential, and caring leader.

Hon. Engr. Olufemi J. Urrah

Executive Director

In his capacity as Executive Director of Rossette Humanitarian Medics, Hon. Engr. Olufemi James Urrah is in charge of the Administration and Operations Department. He assists the CEO in carrying out company policies and overseeing day-to-day operations in the areas of finance, human resources, procurement, and operations. He promotes innovation, sustainability, and organisational efficiency with a solid background in engineering, energy, and logistics. Hon. Urrah is a fervent supporter of disaster assistance, community health, youth empowerment, and rural development. She encourages responsible growth and positive humanitarian effects. Known for his honesty, compassion, and inspiring leadership, he is committed to promoting social justice and enhancing people’s lives in Africa and beyond.

 Mr. Ron R. Chevalier

International Relations & Partnerships

Ron Chevalier oversees international engagement through the Government Liaison, NGO & Donor Relations, and International Collaboration & Medical Tourism divisions as Director of International Relations and Partnerships at Rossette Humanitarian Medics. Having led the energy sector for more than 20 years, he combines technical know-how with a humanitarian spirit to advance sustainable health projects and fortify international alliances. Mr. Chevalier promotes international collaboration that strengthens community resilience by advocating for medical outreach, disaster assistance, and environmental stewardship. Driven by ingenuity, compassion, and honesty, he furthers Rossette Humanitarian’s objective of creating a more sustainable, equitable, and healthy world.

 Hon. Dr. Bello Buhari Ibrahim.

Director Communication & Public Affairs

Hon. Dr. Bello Buhari Ibrahim is the Director of Communications and Public Affairs of Rossette Humanitarian Medics, where she is in charge of the Public Relations & Marketing, Events & Outreach, and Communications departments. He is a well-known political scientist, policy advisor, and humanitarian with a wealth of global expertise in development, diplomacy, and governance. Dr. Bello oversees the organization’s lobbying, public engagement, and communication strategies, guaranteeing openness and international recognition. Well-known for his honesty, leadership, and dedication to community development and youth empowerment, he advances humanitarian ideals, education, and good governance, enhancing Rossette Humanitarian’s influence and voice internationally.

Ms. Jennifer Semban

Executive Assistant, Office of the CEO

Through effective coordination, strategic planning, and organisational management, Ms. Semban, the Executive Assistant and Legal & Compliance Officer of Rossette Humanitarian Medics, is a key contributor to the Office of the CEO. She maintains excellent departmental communication, supervises adherence to corporate governance guidelines, and makes sure executive operations run smoothly. Ms. Semba maintains accountability, professionalism, and integrity inside the company with her attention to detail and experience in corporate affairs and legal administration. Her commitment and discretion support Rossette Humanitarian’s global objective of impactful humanitarian aid, excellence, and transparency.

Mr. Atiku Mustapha

Board Secretary

Mr. Atiku Mustapha serves as the Board Secretary of Rossette Humanitarian Medics and has demonstrated outstanding success in this capacity. In his role, he oversees office communications, drafts official correspondence and reports, coordinates meetings and logistics, and provides vital administrative support. Through these responsibilities, he has honed strong skills in communication, multitasking, discretion, and efficiency, excelling in both routine operations and demanding situations

Alhaji Murtala Mohammad

Board Adviser

In his role as a board adviser at Rossette Humanitarian Medics, Murtala Mohammed offers strategic advice and cultivates global alliances that increase the organization’s influence and global reach. He leads Rossette’s efforts towards sustainability and cooperation. He is a renowned diplomat and development leader with a solid foundation in international relations, investment promotion, and humanitarian development. He has promoted cross-border collaboration and development initiatives while also serving as the Presidential Foreign Investment Promotion Council’s Special Envoy for the Middle East and Africa. He continues to promote resilience, communityempowerment, and humanitarian activism through Rossette, bringing about significant impact in many areas

Hon. Basil Attah Ezeh PhD

Director, Training | Education |Research

Hon. Basil Attah Ezeh is the Director of Training, Education & Research at Rossette Humanitarian Medics, where he is in charge of the Research & Academic Support Unit, African Nurses Career Development Hub, and Training & Education Department. He has a wealth of expertise from academia, public service, and the commercial sector as a recognised educator, humanitarian, and development leader. Hon. Ezeh, a former senior government administrator and lecturer, uses his leadership and capacity-building skills to further Rossette’s goals. He encourages lifelong learning, empowers professionals and communities, and advances sustainable development throughout Africa and beyond through well-thought-out training programs.

Ms. Racheal Palapa

International Liaison Officer

Racheal Palapa oversees the Medical Missions & Public Health, Clinical Services, and Community Health Projects divisions at Rossette Humanitarian as Director of Medical & Humanitarian Services. A dynamic humanitarian champion and expert in international relations, she is essential to coordinating cross border health projects and bolstering international alliances. By facilitating efficient communication between Rossette and its global stakeholders, Racheal promotes community development and healthcare access. She leads successful medical missions, encourages long-term public health initiatives, and reaffirms Rossette’s dedication to humane, internationally coordinated humanitarian work

Her professional journey spans over 15 years as a humanitarian nurse, during which she served as a clinical research nurse, community health nurse, and educator. Expert in medical expos for Africans, advanced research and educational services, and collaborated with international medical experts. She also served as a diplomatic assistant to the Nigerian Consulate in the Philippines, where she promoted Nigerian and African heritage on global platforms, fostered relationships with senators, governors, and business leaders, and supported diaspora communities. Throughout her time abroad, where she took up all her three degrees (BSN, MSN, DPN), Dr. Jackson developed enduring connections across the countries she visited, engaging in humanitarian activities with communities, children, adults, senior government officials, business executives, and civil society leaders. She played a key role within the diaspora, helping fellow Nigerians navigate challenges and seize opportunities. To demonstrate the compassionate and supportive nature of Nigerians, Dr. Jackson has volunteered for many years to empower communities. Through free medical missions and community development programs, she taught people how to add value to local produce, extending impact from urban centers to remote areas. This work raised Nigeria’s and Africa’s profile internationally and earned her multiple recognitions.
