Inspiration
Witnessing the challenges facing African health systems inspired Dr. Jackson to found Rossette Humanitarian Medics Ltd. She conducted a SWOT analysis to identify system gaps and began international outreach, contacting organizations worldwide to secure partnerships for affordable medical supplies, training, and humanitarian support for underprivileged communities. Dr. Jackson’s passion gave birth to Rossette Humanitarian Medics Ltd, a social enterprise that delivers affordable medical equipment, humanitarian aid, and professional training. Her vision is to position Africa as a global hub of nursing excellence, healthcare innovation, and humanitarian leadership.Today, Dr. Jackson continues to lead as a nurse entrepreneur, educator, and global humanitarian, working to position Africa as a hub of nursing excellence, healthcare innovation, and international collaboration.
